Information concerned

The costoprav.com website does not contain a form and does not directly collect personal information. If you contact COSTOPRAV Tahiti through Messenger, Facebook, WhatsApp or another channel you choose, the following information may be received:

• your name, profile identifier and contact details that you provide;
• your availability, preference for the office or a home visit, and information needed to arrange the appointment;
• the content of your messages;
• information about your physical condition or health that you choose to provide so that COSTOPRAV Tahiti can consider whether a wellness session can be arranged responsibly.

Please do not send medical records, medical photographs or detailed health information that is not necessary for arranging the session.

Purposes and lawful grounds

Information is used only to answer enquiries, arrange or amend appointments, prepare the session responsibly, administer the customer relationship and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Ordinary contact and appointment information is used at your request in order to take steps before providing the service or to perform it. Any sensitive information that you voluntarily provide is used only with your explicit agreement and only to the extent necessary for the relevant request. You may withdraw that agreement at any time for future use.

Recipients and external platforms

Information is accessible only to the operator of COSTOPRAV Tahiti and, where necessary, technical service providers used for communication or administration.

Facebook, Messenger and WhatsApp are external services operated by Meta. When you use them, Meta also processes certain information under its own terms and privacy policy. These platforms may process or host information outside French Polynesia.

Retention

Messages and appointment information are retained only for as long as necessary to handle the request and manage the relationship. Information about an enquirer who does not become a customer is deleted or anonymised no later than three years after the last contact. Sensitive information is deleted sooner when it is no longer needed. Documents subject to accounting or other legal requirements may be retained for the period required by applicable law.

Security

COSTOPRAV Tahiti limits the information requested, protects access to its devices and accounts, and does not sell or rent personal information. Because no transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security, please avoid sending unnecessary confidential information by messaging services.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of its use, portability where applicable, or object to certain uses. You may also withdraw consent previously given.

To exercise these rights, contact COSTOPRAV Tahiti through Messenger and describe your request. Proof of identity may be requested only where necessary to prevent disclosure to another person. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
